American Andy Bayer repeated as champion in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase in 8:28.55 at the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Championships at University of Toronto's Varsity Stadium in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Bayer, who also won the NACAC U-23 title in 2012 in Mexico, is the first American male athlete to win a pair of NACAC individual golds in the same event.
