American Lopez Lomong won the men's 10,000 meters in 29:49.03, leading a U.S. podium sweep at the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Championships at University of Toronto's Varsity Stadium in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It marked the second NACAC gold of Lomong's career, along with the 5,000 in 2015 in Costa Rica.
